The school observed International Yoga Day on 21st June with active participation from students of Classes III to IX. The programme began with a brief introduction highlighting the importance of yoga in maintaining physical, mental and emotional well-being. Students performed various asanas and breathing exercises with discipline and coordination under the guidance of their instructors. The session emphasised the values of mindfulness, balance and inner peace. The celebration encouraged students to adopt yoga as a healthy lifestyle practice and promoted the message of holistic well-being.
