A workshop was organised on 12th December 2019 at Ruby Park Public School on ‘Karate training and Self defense’. The students were enlightened on how to attack and counter attack in an adverse situation. Self defense not only allows children to tangibly defend themselves against physical attacks, it also keeps them physically fit.
