How to Apply
The registration process is completed entirely on the School’s online admission portal. Keep your documents and a WhatsApp-active mobile number handy — all further communication about the admit card and assessment is sent to your registered number and email.
Register on the Admission Portal
Visit admission.rubypark.com and verify your mobile number. Further communication is made on this number by SMS or WhatsApp.
Select Class & Fill the Pre-Application Form
Choose the class for admission strictly as per the Age Criteria below, fill in the Pre-Application Form and submit it for review.
Application Approval
Applications meeting the age and marks criteria are approved automatically, enabling the payment link on the portal. If not auto-approved, contact the School Office and inform the Admission Counsellor — the application is taken up for approval once the required information is furnished.
Pay the Prospectus & Application Fee
Click the payment link and choose your preferred option to remit the Registration Fee.

A unique Registration Number is issued once payment is registered. If a payment is debited but no number is issued, wait 48 hours, then write to admissions@rubypark.com
Download the Admit Card
Await confirmation of the interaction/assessment date via call, email, SMS or WhatsApp, then print the Admit Card from the portal.
Appear for the Interaction / Assessment
Attend on the scheduled date with the Admit Card and original documents. The admission procedure and fee slip will be intimated to the parents of selected candidates.

Selection for Nursery I to UKG is based on an interaction with the child and parents, subject to age criteria and seat availability.

Candidates are assessed on learning readiness through an age-appropriate interaction and written assessment, depending on the class applied for. Assessment and interaction dates are intimated along with the Admit Card.

Class XI
Admission Requirement: Class XI
Please read the eligibility criteria carefully before selecting your preferred subject group. Students who opted for Basic Level Mathematics in the Class X CBSE Board Examination may apply for subject combinations without Mathematics, subject to the School’s minimum marks criteria. Candidates must appear for the Class X Board Examination by 31 March 2027. The Written Admission Test is based on the First Choice subject group, followed by an interview.

Before You Begin
Documents Required — Checklist
Keep scanned copies of the following ready before beginning the online registration. Originals must be produced at the time of verification.
- Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation, Municipality, Gram Panchayat, or other Competent Government Authority (Registrar of Births & Deaths), as applicable.
- Recent passport-size colour photographs of the candidate and both parents.
- Aadhar of the student.
- Previous school report card / mark sheets.
- Class IX Final and Class X results (for admission to Class XI).
- Transfer Certificate from the previous school (Class II and above), submitted at the time of admission.
- Relevant legal documents in case of a single parent or local guardian, if applicable.
Note: The candidate’s name, Date of Birth, and parents’ names on the Birth Certificate should exactly match the admission application; any discrepancy needs valid documentary evidence.

Notes on Fees
- Student Caution Money is a refundable security deposit, payable once at the time of admission, and refunded per the School’s refund policy upon withdrawal or completion of schooling.
- Total Payable at the Time of Admission includes the Admission Fee, Administrative Charges (Class XI only), Student Caution Money, Annual Session Fee, Almanac & ID Card Fee, and the first quarter’s Tuition Fee.
- Tuition Fees are payable quarterly. Fee slips are generated at least 15 days before each quarter begins, with SMS notification to the registered mobile number.
- Transport Fees apply only to students opting for school transport, are route-based, and payable quarterly. See the Transport section below for details.
- The fee structure may be reviewed and revised periodically, wherever considered necessary.
Getting to School
School Transport
Ruby Park Public School provides transport for a safe, smooth journey to and from school. The network covers major parts of the city across 24 student-friendly routes. Parents may indicate their transport requirement at the time of admission; the Transport Department will guide them on route and stop allocation.

An automatic SMS is sent about 10 minutes before the bus reaches the drop point, and again when the child boards.

A lady attendant accompanies students throughout the journey for their proper care.

Charges
Registration of ₹500 per academic year, plus Transport Fees for 12 months, payable quarterly with school fees.
- Seats in school vehicles are allotted first-come, first-served; availability is not guaranteed if vehicles are full or do not ply in the area of residence.
- If the bus does not ply in the area of residence, parents or the local/legal guardian are responsible for dropping and collecting the student from the nearest stop.
- Transport routes may change due to unavoidable circumstances.

Which classes are open for admission for Session 2027–28?
Registrations are open for Nursery I to Class IX and Class XI. Applications are accepted online at admission.rubypark.com, subject to the age and eligibility criteria for each class.
How do I apply for admission?

Is there an admission test?
For Nursery I to UKG, selection is through interaction. For Classes I to IX and XI, candidates must clear a Written Admission Test in the subjects listed above, followed by an interaction.
Does registration guarantee admission?

I’ve paid but not received a Registration Number — what should I do?
Please allow up to 48 hours for the payment to process. If you still haven’t received your Registration Number after that, contact admissions@rubypark.com.
How will I know the date of the interaction/assessment?
Once payment is registered, the school will communicate the admit card and assessment date via call, email, SMS or WhatsApp on the registered mobile number. The Admit Card can then be printed from the portal.
Is school transport guaranteed?
Transport is available subject to seat availability and route coverage, allotted first-come, first-served. It may not be available if a vehicle is full or the route doesn’t cover your area. See the Transport section above.
Do both parents need to be present for admission formalities?
Yes, it is mandatory for both parents to be present to complete the admission formalities.
How can I verify that a communication is genuinely from the School?
